What is neuroaffirming therapy?

Why is a whole-child approach important?

How can I monitor milestones?

We recognize a neurodivergent individual's strengths and areas of support. Incorporating this knowledge into therapy practices leads to a best possible therapeutic outcome.

A person learns best when they are: healthy, safe, engaged, supported, and challenged. A whole-child approach means that we do not simply focus on one or two of these areas. Building relationships and supporting all of a person's learning needs are key in achieving long-lasting success.

A child's milestones are not rules, they are guidelines. Children typically meet specific milestones by a certain age, however every child is different. This resource can help you learn about milestones ages 0-5 years.
